What did you do between undergrad and grad school?
"I taught English for a year at a technical high school in Quimper, France as part of the TAPIF program."
What advice would you give to undergraduates?
"Make the most of everything that you do and just believe. Life's too short to always play it safe, so take risks and follow your dreams! You'll be surprised at just how many of them you can make a reality with a little help from others and faith in yourself."
How did the 21st Century Scholar services at IU Bloomington benefit you?
"I am grateful that to have been a 21st Century Scholar because it opened so many doors and set me up for success. Graduating without debt and being introduced to study abroad opportunities are in my humble opinion the two greatest gifts or blessings that a college program can offer!"
What are your future plans?
"I am looking forward to securing a full-time teaching job in French next year."
