The IU 21st Century Scholars Program (IUB21CS), administered by the IU Office of the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs (OVPDEMA) and co-funded by the IU Office of the Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion (OVPDI) and OVPDEMA, has been a proud partner of the Indiana University Bloomington (IUB) campus since its inception in 1989, offering financial and academic resources to support, retain, and graduate thousands of 21st Century Scholars at IUB. As an IU 21st Century Scholar, you will have access to the academic guidance, mentoring, and advocacy support you’ll need to achieve your full potential at IUB. The IUB21CS is Ranked #1 in Indiana for the number of students receiving 'first-dollar full-tuition scholarships' at any four-year public or private university.

The Covenant

As a 21st Century Scholar at IU Bloomington, you will earn up to four years of undergraduate tuition, plus step-by-step guidance and support throughout your academic journey.  Additional funding is provided through the 21st Century Scholarship Covenant program to help Scholars pay for books, room and board, and other expenses.
